Payment and shipping

A. Shipping costs and information:

Shipping of the products is possible by default only to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be done by DHL or HERMES. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.

If you wish shipping to another country, please write us an e-mail (shop@backyard-universe.de) before ordering and tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you in the short term whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if it is possible to deliver to the desired shipping address - we will inform you of the shipping costs, as we need to check the shipping possibilities and costs in advance with our shipping partner.

I. Shipping within Germany:

Our shipping costs are weight-dependent, you can find the shipping weight for each item on the detail page:

Packages up to 2 kg: 5,49 Euro

Packages up to 5 kg: 6,99 Euro

Packages up to 10 kg: 9,49 Euro

II. Shipping outside Germany but European Union

We deliver to the following countries:

Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Finland, Austria, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia.

Our shipping costs are weight-dependent, you can find the shipping weight for each item on the detail page:

Packages up to 2 kg: 16,49Euro

Packages up to 5 kg: 21,49Euro

Packages up to 10 kg: 32,49Euro

III. International Shipping

We also offer international shipping. Please contact us (email: shop@backyard-universe.de) for shipping cost calculation (UPS).

B. Payment Information:

I. For shipments within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

For deliveries outside Germany we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

1. Prepayment by bank transfer

Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, by indicating the purpose of payment. We will provide our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.

2. PayPal

Only a few steps to payment:

1. Choose "PayPal" as payment method at the checkout.

2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.

3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user information and initiate the payment.

If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary.

4. After that, you will be redirected back to us (www.backyard-universe.de).

C. Delivery date:

I. Information on the calculation of the delivery date

The time limit for delivery starts to run in case of payment in advance by bank transfer on the day after issuing the payment order at the transferring credit institution or in case of other payment methods on the day after completion of the contract and ends with the expiration of the last day of the time limit. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday that is recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day will take the place of such a day.

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany within 3-5 days, for foreign deliveries within 7-14 days.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
